Terms of Service

Trout Tracker aggregates publicly available WDFW catchable trout stocking reports. We are not affiliated with WDFW. Stocking schedules, fish counts, and locations come from third-party government data and may change without notice.

Trout Tracker can send stocking alerts by email, Telegram, and SMS. Each channel has its own opt-in and opt-out rules.

Email & Telegram Alerts

• Email alerts are enabled from your Trout Tracker Profile after you sign in. You can disable them at any time from the same settings page.
• Email messages may include an unsubscribe link where applicable.
• Telegram alerts begin when you start a chat with the Trout Tracker bot and send the subscribe command. You can stop Telegram alerts at any time by interacting with or blocking the Trout Tracker bot.

SMS Notification Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in through your Trout Tracker account notification settings, you agree to receive automated SMS messages about trout stocking events you request.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text 'STOP' to the number. Upon sending 'STOP', we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
• If you experience issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support.mytrouttracker@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
• Message frequency varies based on lake stocking schedules.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and for using Trout Tracker in compliance with applicable laws. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.

Trout Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that stocking data is complete, current, or error-free, or that alerts will be delivered without delay.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trout Tracker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
