• Telegram user IDs strictly for routing automated bot messages when you subscribe through our Telegram bot.
• Phone numbers when you opt in to SMS stocking alerts from your account notification settings.
• Account preferences such as saved lakes, home location, and alert channel settings.
• Usage data needed to operate the service, including standard server and application logs.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver user-requested trout stocking notifications through email, Telegram, and SMS.
• Authenticate your account and manage your notification preferences.
• Show stocking reports, maps, distances, and saved lakes inside the app.
• Maintain, secure, and improve Trout Tracker.

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers such as hosting, database, email, and messaging platforms only to operate Trout Tracker.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep account and subscription information while your account or alert subscription remains active. You can disable alerts or delete your account preferences at any time from your Profile settings or by using each channel's opt-out method.

• Disable email alerts from your Trout Tracker Profile.
• Stop Telegram alerts by blocking or unsubscribing from the bot.
• Cancel SMS alerts by texting STOP to the Trout Tracker SMS number.
